Connected with

Altas uses Google’s APIs to support tasks requested by its operator. Access depends on the permissions granted during Google sign-in.

Gmail

Find and summarize messages, prepare replies and drafts, and organize mail. Sending or changing mail requires a specific user request or approval.

Calendar

Review schedules, prepare for meetings, and create or update events when requested.

Drive

Locate files, retrieve relevant information, and manage files or sharing only as directed.

Docs

Read and summarize documents, draft content, and make requested edits.

Sheets

Read spreadsheet data, analyze information, and make requested updates.

Basic Google profile information identifies the account that granted access. Altas is an independent assistant powered by Hermes; it is not a Google product.

Altas runs on its operator’s computer. Requests can arrive through an authorized private messaging connection. Relevant task content may be processed by configured AI providers to produce a response.

Google credentials are stored locally in encrypted files, separately for each account. Conversations, retrieved information and task results may also be retained in local history or logs.

The public website has no access to connected Google accounts. It contains information about Altas and its policies. Google credentials, messages, documents and conversations are not published here.

Permission

  • Each Google account is connected through its own OAuth authorization.
  • Actions that send, share, delete or change content follow the operator’s specific request or approval.
  • Access can be revoked from Google Account settings at any time.
  • Questions about access, retained data or deletion can be sent to the operator.
